Predpoved pocasia :: www.meteo.skThe Slanské vrchy (The Slanske Mountains) are situated in the eastern part of Slovakia. They begin south of Prešov and stretch towards the south up to the border with Hungary. The Volcanic mountains of the Slanské vrchy are part of the Carpathians – a volcanic semicircle mountain range. The mountains are mostly covered by broadleaf forests. The slanské vrchy cannot compete with the more attractive and famous Slovakian mountains, but even here you can find fantastic places which are easy on the eye. This site is about this calm area, rarely visited by tourists. On this site you can find some pictures and read some stories about these mountains. If you love nature and especially these mountains, please share your photographs and stories with us. Don’t let them fall into oblivion.
